A. To receive a full refund, you will need to return all items, accessories, and rewards or gifts sent to you.
B. Include these items in an envelope or small box, affix the postage-paid return label with strong gum paper and drop off the package at your local post office.
C. To expedite your refund, you can take photos or a video of the items you are returning and send it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "return + order #" so that we can certify the conformity of the return.
D. When we receive confirmation of the deposit of the package at the post office, we can proceed with the refund. Otherwise, we will refund when we receive the items at our offices.
E. Please note that once the refund has been issued, your financial institution may take up to 5 business days to accept the funds.
