We are very sorry that you have decided to return your Podzies. Despite the situation, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Below is the detailed procedure for returning your Podzies and obtaining a full refund.
PROCEDURE:
1.
The device must be in new condition, without scratches or physical alterations. It must be returned, in its original box with all accessories, bonuses and gifts received no later than 30 days after receipt of your initial order.
2. Include these items in an envelope or small box and return to us at:

3A. We will process the refund within three days upon receipt of the items at our offices.
3B. To speed up your refund, you can take photos or a video of the items you are returning as well as a photo of the canada post office receipt to confirm that the package has been sent. Then, send us an email containing the photos to
retours@podzies.com with the subject
"refund + order #" so that we can certify the conformity of the return.
4. Please note that once the refund has been issued, your financial institution may take up to 5 business days to accept the funds. Also note that all shipping charges are non-refundable.
