How can I check the status of my order?
Your item will be posted within 24 to 48 hours.
When your item is sent, we will send you your tracking number by the means selected.
What are the shipping times?
We ship for free everywhere in Canada with Canada Post.
Shipping time is 5 to 8 business days during regular periods.
Express shipping in 2 to 4 days is also available.
Note that express shipping may occasionally be unavailable and additional delays may occur during busy periods.
How to place an order?
Simply add your items to the shopping cart on the product page or click the "Buy Now" button, then follow the steps to complete your order. We will prepare it and send you a confirmation email when your package is sent!
What payment method do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. You can also pay securely with Paypal, Apple pay and Google pay. For payment with a debit card, you can make the payment via Paypal as a guest. You won't have to create an account.
